Heath Ray Tomberlin, son of the late Steven Ray and Kay (Vickers) Tomberlin, was born August 24, 1979, at Alva, and passed away July 2, 2023, at Alva, at the age of 43 years, 10 months and 9 days.
Heath was raised in Alva and graduated with the Class of 1998. He attended college at Northwestern Oklahoma State University for a couple of semesters. He has had several jobs through the years including advertising salesperson for KALV radio and the Newsgram, and most recently truck driving. He always had a smile and never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Kay Tomberlin; uncle, Gene Vickers; and a nephew, Kevin Tomberlin.
Heath is survived by his sons, Cash Tomberlin and Cody Tomberlin, along with their mother, Sarah, all of Hardtner, Kansas; his brothers, Chad Tomberlin and wife, Jennifer, of Alva, and Joshua Tomberlin and wife, Cindy, of Alva; his grandparents, Bill and Glenda Tomberlin of Alva; his aunt, Linda Vickers of Portland, Oregon; aunt Machelle and uncle David Wilson of Tulsa; and many nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
