Susan Renee’ Todd died on February 16, 2015 in Purcell, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years, 4 months. Memorial services are scheduled for 10:30AM, Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Corbett Baptist Church in Lexington, Oklahoma, under the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Susan was born October 16, 1956 in Waterbury, Connecticut to William and Henrietta (Kusman) Oliver. She was raised in Connecticut, graduating in 1974. Susan made her home in Purcell 23 years ago. She married Arthur Todd on May 22, 1994 in Lexington, Oklahoma. Susan was the sweetest, kindest, gentlest person to everyone. She worked as child care worker and preschool teacher for many years. Susan loved children and supported educational programs. Even after her retirement, she still saved receipts and box tops to support education. Susan’s hobbies included sending birthday, anniversary, and just thinking of you cards to lift peoples hearts and spirits. She always had a way of lifting people up and loving them. Susan’s greatest wish was for people to be kind to each other. Susan was of the Baptist faith and a member of Corbett Baptist Church.
Susan is survived by her husband, Arthur Todd; mother, Henrietta (Kusman) Oliver; sister, Karen Ryan and husband, George; brother, Judson Oliver and wife, Barbara; nieces, Nicole Rivas, Colleen Rodgers; nephews, Nathan Ryan, Breck Oliver, Chase Oliver; great nephew, Callan Rivas, and many other relatives and friends
