Cynthia Marie Titus was born January 6, 1964 in Oklahoma City to Helen & Buddy Titus. She was raised in the Spencer area.
Cindy was her family nickname, she loved the outdoors as a child. Cindy worked with Pastor Fletcher as a preteen in his junk yard; during that time seeds were planted about Jesus. Pastor Fletcher was the dad in her life; she would reflect on her memories of him during her adult years. During Cindy"s teenage years writing poetry about Jesus was one of her favorite hobbies.
Cindy worked various jobs throughout the years before becoming disabled.
Cherishing her memory are two children Noah Akins of Phoenix, Arizona and Maria Nicolle Evans of Oklahoma City, one brother Lonnel Hamilton, sisters Patsy Givens, Linda Gigger, Tina Titus, Grandfather Ervin Givens Sr., nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by mother and father, one brother Douglas Buckner and sister Vanessa Titus.
Sister Cindy the day is here for me to write you a poem, like you had done for grieving families to help provide them a little comfort. Oh what good memories we have to look back on many, many good moments we shared with you. I remember how mature you were an adult mind in a teenage body; Our Mom and Aunts didn"t know what to do with you. Aretha Franklin oh my goodness you were consumed with her for a while; I wasn"t sure if I myself was only 13 years old at the time listening too so much blues. Fishing and rodeos were some of your favorite past times; if feasible you would have bought a horse. Making friends was easy for you; your phone book really shows it; friendly should have been your second middle name. Jesus was always a focal point of your life, no matter how much you veered off the road. You had a gift to speak and pray boldly, I thank God you shared his word with so many around you. You were never too proud to say I love you, a wonderful blessing our Mom left us with always saying I love you. You loved taking pictures with others and by yourself; unknowingly you brought some people joy with your pesty camera. We will always remember your smile and special laughter. Love Wendy
