Judy Dian Tilley passed from this life on February 29, 2024, at the age of 77 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Judy was born on February 18, 1947, in Hominy, Oklahoma, the daughter of John and Pauline (McNally) Nicholas. Judy grew up and attended school in Hominy, graduating with the Class of 1965. Judy was later united in marriage to Danny L. Tilley on September 2, 1966, in Osage, Oklahoma. Following Danny's return from US Army during the Vietnam Era, Judy and Danny established their initial home in Cleveland. Judy initially worked at the Cleveland Hospital for several years and later had a small daycare in her home for several years. In the early 1980's, Judy began working at Walmart. She worked there for over 10 years where she was the receiving manager.
Judy enjoyed playing bingo for many years with her friends. Going fishing and working in the yard were also things she enjoyed. Judy always loved the times watching birds and her hummingbirds. Judy's favorite time of year was the fall and handing out candy for Halloween to all the trick or treaters.
Survivors include her husband; Danny, daughter; Nicky Powell and Chris of Terlton, Oklahoma, granddaughter; Chloe Andrews and husband Jack of Stillwater, Oklahoma, two great grandchildren; Leo and Adeline, as a host of other relatives friends. In addition to her parents Judy was preceded in death by her son; Brad Tilley, three siblings; Rusty Nicholas, Georgia Jo Goddard, and Johnnie Lou May.
