Brandi Lynn Thurman was born October 10, 1979, to Michael and Debbie Marshall in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She departed this life February 2, 2025, surrounded by her family.
She graduated from Bristow High School in 1998. She was a daddy’s girl, who loved going fishing with him. Brandi was full of life and was blessed to share that with her children, Kylar, Kamryn, & Claire. Spending time with her family took precedence over everything. She also loved her job working in the Walmart pharmacy.
Brandi was a faithful member of the Cornerstone Church. She enjoyed working in the Cornerstone women’s ministry. She enjoyed singing, specifically worship music. She was an avid reader, as well she enjoyed watching true crime shows. Brandi valued her mornings reading the bible with a cup of coffee. She loved the lord as was always willing to share her testimony with others.
She is survived by her children, Kylar Thornton, Kamryn Thornton, and Claire Thurman; parents, Michael and Debbie Marshall; sister, Carrie Rengger and husband Johnny. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eunice Bullock, Daniel and Jo Moles, and John Marshall.
The family would like to give a special thank you to her Cornerstone church family as well as her Walmart work family. She loved you all.
Visitation period is scheduled for Friday, February 7, 2025, from 4:00 – 7:00PM at Hutchins Maples Matherly Funeral Home. A celebration of her life is scheduled at 10:00AM, Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the Bristow First Baptist Church.
