Pamela Deniece “Pam” Thompson, 68, of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 in Shawnee.
She was born October 25, 1954 to E.T. and Vera (Beasley) Long in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Pam was raised in Tecumseh and attended Tecumseh Public Schools. She graduated with the class of 1972 from Tecumseh High School. She lived most of her life in Asher until moving to Shawnee.
She married M.Z. “Rink” Thompson on July 20, 1981. He preceded her in death on June 2, 2000.
Pam worked at Braums for many years.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons, Logan and Garrett.
Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Nettles of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Jamie Schulze of Goldsby, OK; grandsons, Garrett and Logan Schulze; her mother, Vera Long; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Beth Long of Shawnee, OK; sister, Dianne and Bill Jacobs of Brooksville, OK; and other extended family and friends.
Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tobin Longley officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
