Michael Dwayne Thompson went home to join the Kingdom of Heaven and all the relatives that passed before him on Thursday, December 24, 2015 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
He was born on June 9, 1977 in Ponca City, OK to his parents, Michael and Angel (Grass) Thompson of Sapulpa, OK.
Michael enjoyed spending time outdoors whether it was cleaning up the yard or just helping his parents out with any outside projects. He enjoyed laughing and visiting with friends and family members. Michael was a kind soul who enjoyed helping others and was always smiling.
Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charlie and Martha (Williams) Grass of Bressie, OK and Orin and Ermal (Jackson) Thompson and brother, Kevin Thompson.
Michael is survived by his parents Angel and Mike Thompson, three brothers Charlie, Richard, and Isaiah Thompson all of the Tulsa area and one sister, Micca Thompson along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He will be greatly missed.
Casket Bearers will be: Kimberlee Lane Grass Jr., Martin "Blue" Blueback III, Isaiah Blueback, Daryl Youngbear and Koby Thompson. Honorary Casket Bearers are: Charlie Thompson, Richard Thompson, Isaiah Thompson, Anthony Fryer, and Aaron Hesler.
Funeral services will be Thursday December 31, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ponca Indian Baptist Church located south of Ponca City, OK.
Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.
