Edward “Charlie” Charles Thompson, 65, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, died Thursday, October 31, 2019.
Charlie was born November 5, 1953 in Bartlesville, to parents Clyde Edward and Sue Katherine (Horner) Thompson.
He married Dorothy Marie (Jones) on April 13, 1974 and worked as an LPN for Jane Phillips Medical Center for many years.
Charlie enjoyed fishing, beadwork, gardening and landscaping and flute music. He frequented Wal-Mart a lot and made many friends there. His favorite thing in life though, was his family. He loved spending time with them, especially his grandchildren! He will be missed by all!
He was preceded in death by his mother Sue Thompson, father Clyde Thompson, brother Clarence Timothy Thompson and grandson Mica Brewer.
Charlie is survived by his wife Dorothy Thompson, of the home; sister Elaine Sue Thompson; daughters Corah Elizabeth Thompson and Suzanne Marie Thompson; daughter in law Nicole Jean Brewer and son Joshua Charles Thompson; grandchildren Miciah Charles Thompson, Talani Kai Thompson, Isaiah Henio, Aniseh Henio and Lorenzo Henio.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 11:00 am at Labadie Heights Baptist Church.
