Daniel "Bodee" Thompson a resident of Okmulgee passed away on December 27, 2004 in Tulsa, Ok at the age of 59. Born June 12, 1945 in Pierce, Ok to Newman and Cinda Thompson.
Bodee served in the Viet Nam war with the Marine Corp and was a pipeline/welder. Bodee was a lifetime member of the VFW, member of the American Legion, Elks Lodge, Local Pipe liners Union and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Brothers; Russell and Henry Thompson and sisters; Bessie Freeman and Ethyl Wyatt.
Survived by Wife: Kim Rich of the home, Daughters: Dana Thompson of Okemah, OK, Carol K. Thompson of Okemah, OK, Cassandra Harjo of Okemah, 5 Grandchildren, Brothers: Emmanuel Thompson of Checotah, Newman Thompson Jr of Henryetta, Marshall Thompson of Yuma, AZ, Sisters: Etta Dickerson of Sapulpa, Sarah Jane Harjo Thompson of Tulsa.
Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 31, 2004 at the Schulter Gymnasium, Schulter, OK.
Honorary Pallbearers: Newman Thompson Jr, Marshall Thompson, Emmanuel Thompson, Darryl Dudley, Joe Henry, Jack Alexander, Clifford Joseph and Reuben Freeman Sr.
