Lorraine Rita (Ouellette) Tholen
April 10, 1927 ~ November 4, 2009

Rosary and memorial services for Lorraine Rita Tholen will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hugo, OK. Interment will be held at Restland Cemetery in Richardson, Texas at a later date.

Lorraine passed away in Paris, TX on November 4, 2009 at the age of 82 after a sudden illness. Lorraine was born April 10, 1927 in Manchester, New Hampshire, the daughter of Francois and Sophilda (de Grandmaison) Ouellette. Lorraine moved to Hugo from Melissa, Texas in 1976. She retired from AT&T in 1986. Loraine devoted her life to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her family and her Catholic faith were the center of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents: her husband, Rudolph Bernard Tholen II; and her son, Larry Tholen.

Left to cherish her memory; sons: Rudolph Tholen III and wife, Carol of Waynesville, North Carolina; Gary Tholen and wife, Elaine of Canton, Texas and Remy Tholen and wife, Ann of Allen, TX; daughters: Fleurette Jackson and husband, Otis of Hugo, OK and Yvonne Green and husband, Kenny of Rattan, OK; daughter-in-law: Arlene Tholen of Hugo, OK; sister: Fleurette Bureau of Bedford, New Hampshire; sister-in-law: Stella Ouellette of Bedford, NH; fifteen grandchildren; Rickey, Rustin and Roxane Tholen; Courtney Tholen; Brook, Madison, and Sidney Tholen; Cory Jackson and Rachelle (Jackson) Cook; Jenny (Green) Bailey, Amber (Green) Beck and Adam Green; Erich, Vanessa and James Tholen; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
