ENID, Okla. — Thomas Michael “Mike” Terry of Perry, Okla., was born Oct. 13, 1943, and died Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at First Church of the Nazarene, Perry. Service is under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, Perry.

Memorials may be sent to the Parkinson’s Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, Companion Hospice of Guthrie or the GenLife Institute for Medical Research and Education.

Condolences may be sent to the family using the online guest book at www.brown-duggerfuneralhome.com.
