Services for Ernest Teague were held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 10:00 at American Funeral Home in Colbert, Oklahoma with Pastor Tyler McKinney of Victory Life Church officiating.
Ernest Lee Teague JR (Ernie), was born in Denison, Texas on November 7, 1969 to Ernest and Betty Teague and passed on August 13, 2019 at the age of 49.
After his mother’s death, Ernie was raised by his aunt and uncle, J.R. and Mary McKinney.
Ernie served his country as a member of the National Guard and was most recently employed by the city of Denison.
Preceding him death were his parents, grandmothers Betty Teague and Louise Short, J.R. and Mary McKinney.
He is survived by his aunt and uncle's children Patricia McKinney of Achille, OK, Jimmy McKinney and wife Lisa of Calera, OK, and Phillip McKinney and wife Melissa of Bonham, Texas. He is also survived by his sisters Dana Stark of Caddo, OK, Stephanie Teague Bruno of Sherman, Texas, and brother Terry Bird and wife Lacy of Albany, OK, his son Jacub Teague and fiancee Angela Kiki of Booneville, Missouri, granddaughter McKenzi Teague of Booneville, Missouri, grandfather Truman Teague of Denison, Texas, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews
