Lloyd C. Taylor, 78, retired teacher and rancher, died Wednesday.
Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Belle Plains, United Methodist Church with burial in Belle Plaine Cemetery, Kansas.
Survivors include his wife, Gwendoline; son, Billy L. of Belle Plaine; daughter, Sammie Blasdel of Tulsa; stepson, Walter Sanders; and stepdaughter, Hope Harrold, both of Belle Plaine; sisters, Ethel Schrum and Nell Sewell, both of Amarillo, Texas; Bobbie Fisher of Burlington, Colorado; six grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and nine step great grandchildren.
Memorial has been established with Belle Plaine City Library and United Methodist Church.
Mr. Taylor was a former Cheyenne resident and was married to Sammie Irene Thomas Taylor who preceded him in death on August 21, 1980.
