Barbara Ann Camp Taylor was born on February 20, 1945, in Kilgore, Texas to Charles Deason and Bernice Louise (Foster) Camp. Barbara passed from this life on August 22, 2023, at her home in Durant at the age of 78. Barbara was married to Presley Andrew Taylor for 32 years. She worked as a Nurse Coordinator and she enjoyed planting trees, working puzzles, crocheting, and she loved Christmas time.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Bernice Camp; daughter LaRhonda Gibson; granddaughters Heather and Tammy Taylor and father of her children Presley Andrew Taylor.
Barbara is survived by her daughters Debbie Kaye Parrott and husband Scotty and Sondra D’Lyn Grider and husband Eric; sons Jeffrey Wade Taylor and Jerry Neal Taylor and wife Lori; sister Pat Hage; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and numerous extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Honorary pallbearers will be Scotty Ray Parrott, Jason Parrott, Justin Gibson, Joshua Gibson, and Jeramie Gibson. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6-8 PM.
