Martha Helen (Glover) Swinnea
November 07, 1926 ~ December 10, 2020

Martha Helen Swinnea was born Nov. 7, 1926, in Wolfe City, Texas, to Jack See and Bera Juanita (Dees) Glover, and passed away Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020, in Enid, Okla., at the age of 94. Martha grew up in Davidson, Okla., and later moved to Enid with her parents, where she graduated from Enid High School.

As a young woman, Martha worked at F.W. Woolworth on the candy counter. On March 10, 1946, she married Floyd Vernon Swinnea. Together they established a family and were married 62 years. She was a member of the Community of Christ.

Martha is survived by two sons, Bill J. Swinnea and wife Pamela, of Enid; Frank Swinnea and wife Paula, of Hastings, Neb.; and a daughter, Mary Pazzo and husband Dale, of Enid; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
