In Loving Memory of Alice Faye Swift
Alice Faye Swift, 77, of Barnsdall, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on January 9, 1948, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, to John and Peggy Kent.
On May 2, 1965, Alice married the love of her life, Eddie Swift. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with laughter, hard work, and unwavering love. For nearly 20 years, Alice and Eddie proudly ran the Barnsdall Tag Agency, serving their community with dedication and kindness.
Alice was a fun-loving spirit who brought joy to everyone she met. She had a passion for motorcycles, monster trucks, and especially Halloween — a time that reflected her playful and vibrant personality. But above all, Alice’s greatest love was her family. Her children and grandchildren were her world, and everything she did was for them.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and laughter. Alice is survived by her devoted husband, Eddie Swift; her children, Jason (Shelly) Swift and Eddie Jr. (Pam) Swift; her beloved grandchildren, Courtney, Brittany, Kaycie, Nikki, and Jessie; and her great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Lettie, Nathan, Ellis, Nolan, Lucky, and Axl. She is also survived by her siblings, Joann (David) Cutright, Bobby Joe Kent, June (David) Mosely, and Sharon (Bruce) Hendren.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, John and Peggy Kent; and her siblings, Vicki Ames, Doug Kent, and Donald Kent.
Alice will be remembered for her kind heart, her joyful spirit, and the endless love she gave to her family and friends.
