Ethel Elizabeth Addington Sullins was born November 17, 1916 to Tom and Effie Williams Addington in Aledo Community, Dewey County, Oklahoma.
She passed away Tuesday in Horizons Health Care Center in Eckert, Colorado.
She grew up and attended the two room grade school at Aledo, Oklahoma.
She married Victor Palmer of Arapaho, Oklahoma. To this union one son was born.
She married Bernice Sullins at Taloga, Oklahoma and to this marriage four daughters was born. They lived in Oklahoma, California and Colorado.
She is survived by one sister, Myrtle Taylor Clinton; two sisters-in-law, Matilda Addington of Stockton, California; and Ruby Addington of Bethany, Oklahoma; her son, C. L. and wife Opal Palmer of Santa Cruz, California; her daughters, Mary Jane; and her daughters Mary Jane and husband, Pete Halloway of Lafayette, California; Louise and husband Armanda Flores of Fresno, California; Leota and husband, Darrel Buhler of Pacomia, Colorado; Diane and husband, Navor Arellano of Mesita, Colorado; seven granddaughters, two grandsons; several nephew and nieces, also cousins in Leedey, Clinton and Elk City, Oklahoma.
Burial was at Carey Cemetery in Orchard City, Colorado. Her son-in-law, Darrel Buhler officiated the graveside services.
