May 31, 1959 ~ October 11, 2023

The Memorial service celebrating and honoring the life of Frank R. Stogner, 64, of Enid will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 15, 2023, in the the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Jones Officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Navy. Services and complete cremation care are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Frank was born to James R. and Hannelore “Lori” Stogner May 31, 1959 in Frankford, Germany where his father was stationed with the U.S. Army. The family returned to United States where he was raised and educated. His father remarried and the mother that raised Frank, Treva Stogner. He Graduated from Enid High school in 1977 and enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After his honorable discharge for his service to his country he returned to Enid where he worked in the oil field. He then moved to Heber Springs Ark. where he worked as a machinist. He then returned to Enid, where he was trained and worked as a welder then a bar owner of One More Bar, until he was declaimed 100% VA disabled. Frank was a hard-working family man that enjoyed woodworking, motorcycles, going on poker runs and cold beer. He was a proud member of ABATS, his biker club.

He is survived by his mother, Treva; his children, Jennifer Montoya of Moore, OK., Heather Trujillo of Oklahoma City OK., and Josh Stogner and his wife Toni of Enid; His grandchildren, De’Auna, Cervante “Xavier”, Mateo, Hope, Haley, Vanessa, Viviana, Avire, and Soteria; Siblings Elaine, Linda, Connie and Lori. He is preceded in death by his father and brothers, Andy, Jay and Donald.
