Michael Ray Stilwell, age 73, of Lucien, Oklahoma passed away June 28, 2019 at his home.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at his home, 414 Hwy 164, in Lucien, OK.
Michael was born on January 21, 1946 in Cushing, OK to Calvin Theodore Stilwell and Alma Fledo (Blackburn) Stilwell. He grew up in Pampa and attended Pampa Schools until junior high. He received his GED from the state of Texas. He married Patricia Lynn Foshee on December 18, 1985, in McLean, TX. Michael served in Vietnam and was in the National Guard. He retired from the City of Perry in 2017 as a fresh water plant operator.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Lynn (Foshee) Stilwell, of the home; children: Michael Willard (Sheila); daughter, Tammy; daughter, Carol Norton; son, Richard Stilwell (Annetah) of Perry; daughter, Katherine Taylor (Jay) of Stillwater; step daughter, Stacie Holland of Lucien; step daughter, Lorie Gale (Bill) of Stillwater; grandchildren: Michael, Christopher, Hunter, Stephen, Norita, Independence, Ethan, Bobby, Raul, Tonie, Dustie, Ashton; 10 great grandchildren; brothers: Vernon and Tom of Pampa and Jim (Judy) of Washington state, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Calvin and Alma; daughter, Michele Angel Miller, brother, John Stilwell, and sister, Patsy Hulsey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Lucien United Methodist Church in care of Trout Funeral Home of Perry, 1408 N. 7th St., Perry, OK 73077. The family would like for you to leave memories of Michael at www.troutperry.com
