Thelma Louise (Files) Stafford
December 21, 1932 ~ November 23, 2023

Thelma Louise Stafford passed away Thanksgiving Day November 23, 2023 at the age of 90. Thelma was born in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.

Her parents were Bonnie and Lafayette Files. Thelma was one of 13 Children.

Thelma married Fred Stafford on October 23, 1953. She was the beloved mother to 6 children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Thelma had a wonderful career at JC Penny's. She began her career with Penny's in Fort Worth Texas and Retired with them in McCook Nebraska after 30 years with the company.

Thelma loved to cook for her family and friends. You were always treated like family in her home even if it was your first visit.

Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie and Lafayette Files, and her son Jerry Stafford.

Thelma is survived by her Husband Fred Stafford, her sons, Ron Stafford, Scott Stafford, Dan Stafford, her daughters Penny Harrison and Kelly Stafford. Grandchildren Zach Stafford, Jamie Stafford, Jesse Stafford, Ben Harrison, Will Harrison, Ty Foster, Abby Harrison, Tabbi Stafford and JT Stafford.

Thelma led a full life surrounded by her family who loved her very much.
