Grace Nema Springer
July 11, 1956 ~ June 5, 2020

Grace Nema Springer, 63, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at the Iowa Tribe Chena Building in Perkins on Monday, June 8, 2020 starting at noon.

Grace was born on July 11, 1956 in Arkansas City, Kansas to Howard and Ruth (McClellan) Springer. She grew up in Arkansas City and graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1975. Grace was the youngest of 9 children. She was the kindest and most loving person. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, daughter, and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Grace is preceded in death by her parents. She was also preceded in death by Shirley Blenden, Monica J. Harden, Tyrone Springer and Louise Springer.

She is survived by her husband Jimmy Douglas, her children, Monica Ruth Hudson, Kia Marie Douglas, her siblings Katherine Gashwazra, Beverly Springer and Thomas Leroy Springer. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Elizabeth J. Townsley, Chamilla G. Youngbull, Luke Bellymule, Julian Hudson, Jasmine Hudson, Eva Bellymule and Sadie R. Littlecreek.
