Debra Ann (Riggs) Spinney
Aug. 4, 1957 ~ Dec. 8, 2014

Memorial service for Debra Ann Spinney, 57, of Enid, Okla., will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, at Evangel Assembly of God Church, Enid. Pastor Lester Lowry will officiate.

Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Debra was born Aug. 4, 1957, to Gene Riggs in Maryland and passed away Monday, Dec. 8, 2014.

She attended Carmen High School.

She moved to Tacoma, Wash., where she worked as a caretaker. She returned to Enid in 1981.

One of her passions was to play in drum circles with the conga.

She is survived by her sons, Jeremiah and wife Jessica Spinney, and Josh Byers, all of Enid; daughter, Ashley Wallace and husband Andrew of Sand Springs; brother, Aeon Riggs of Carmen; special uncle, Jack Riggs; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Riggs, and mother, Lena Riggs.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
