Donna B (Speir) Sparks
October 11, 1938 ~ September 10, 2018

Donna B Sparks, 79, passed from this earth September 10, 2018 in Bartlesville Oklahoma.

Donna, the youngest of 9 children, was born to parents John and Lula Speir in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She met the love of her life, Sam Sparks in 1956. Sam and Donna were married at Carbondale Church of Christ and moved to Fort Worth and then moved back to Tulsa from 1956-1959. Donna worked at Brown Duncan Department Store and Sam worked as an apprentice with Irene Kidwell then worked for Ralph Seegren. In '59 they moved to Denver where they raised 5 children and lived there for 40 years together. In 1998 Sam and Donna moved to Bartlesville where Donna and Sam worked for Sam Jr.

Donna was a wonderful loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. Her kisses can be heard for miles, and her smile and laughter would light up the entire room.

Donna leaves behind her husband Sam Sparks of 62 years., 5 children, Sam Sparks Jr. and wife Tracy, Doni Crouse, Tim Sparks Sr. and wife Tawny, Shelly Kitchens and husband Larry, Jack Sparks, 15 grandchildren and their spouses and 11 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Adams Boulevard Church of Christ.
