Memorial services for Jacqueline Faye Southey, 63, of Shawnee are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Jerry Skaggs will officiate.
Ms. Southey passed away Friday, November 11, 2016 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born May 18, 1953 at Phoenix, AZ to Garvin D. and Juanita Lafawn Duncan Skaggs.
Ms. Southey was a Nurse's Aide at Royal Oaks Nursing Home.
Survivors include her father, Garvin Skaggs of Shawnee; two daughters, Tabitha Welch and husband Brit of Ottumwa, IA and Tracie Welch and husband Brice of Tulsa; a son, Chase Rainey of Shawnee; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Jimmy Skaggs and wife Patricia of Sun City, AZ and Darrin Skaggs of Shawnee.
She was preceded in death by her mother; a brother, Doyle Skaggs; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
