Terry Richard Solomon, son of the late Floyd Raymond and Imajean Elizabeth (Williams) Solomon, was born September 2, 1940, at Kingfisher, Oklahoma, and passed away June 6, 2023, at the Mooreland Heritage Manor, at the age of 82.
He graduated from Amador High School. After graduation he worked in a lumber mill making plywood. He was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness. Terry was united in marriage to Linda Plaskett on January 16, 1975, at Milbrae, California. They made their home in Sutter Creek, California, before moving to Jacksonville, Florida, where they lived for 20 years, before returning to Waynoka in 2007.
Besides his parents, Floyd and Imajean, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; his sons, Marty Solomon and Matthew Solomon; and his brothers, Randy Solomon and Harley Solomon.
Terry is survived by his children, Michael Solomon and wife, Tanise, of Saint Augustine, Florida, and Laurie Solomon of Ione, California; a sister, Toni Gates and husband, Bob, of Citus Heights, California; 11 grandchildren, Jake Solomon, Lauryn Solomon, Zander Solomon, Matthew Solomon, Paige Voghel, Bastien Santofimia, Julianna Bunker, Jessica Ruggiero, Jamie Ruggiero, Andrew Ruggiero, and Austin Ruggiero; other relatives and friends.
