Wayne Sterling Smith, 83, of Newalla, Oklahoma passed away Friday, April 10, 2009. He was born June 27, 1925 in Newalla to Arthur and Hattie (McClure) Smith.
Wayne served in the U.S. Army and later retired from Tinker A.F.B. as an engine mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Blanche.
He is survived by: his daughter and son-in-law Linda and Jerry Corcoran; son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Sherry Smith; 4 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
