Trey Morgan Heyer Smith, age 28 of Bartlesville, Oklahoma was called home by God on August 8, 2025. Born on Feb 1st, 1997, in Bartlesville. Trey was the beloved son of Chad Heyer Smith and Dawn Heather Daniels Smith. He Graduated from Bartlesville Highschool in 2015, where he was active in sports throughout his academic career. Recently he reignited his love of football by joining the Oklahoma Hawks, a semi-pro team based in Grove Oklahoma, as part of the CMFL.
Trey’s greatest joy was his son, Ryan Harold Lee Brown, who he cherished deeply, Ryan was not only his son but his greatest gift and proudest accomplishment. An avid fisherman from a young age, he found joy and peace in nature seizing every opportunity to cast a line. He also had a profound love of music, being a self-taught electric and bass guitarist who enjoyed exploring all genres.
Known for his infectious laughter and vibrant spirit, Trey was the life of every gathering. His warm-hearted nature meant he never left without a big hug and saying “I love you”.
Trey was proceeded in death by his beloved “Nana” ~Sam~ Denise Daniels, his Grandpa Gary Heyer Smith, His Uncle Jason Tomlinson and his big brother Colton Grey.
He is survived by his parents, his brother Colton Scott Heyer Smith, his sister Kahler Alexandria Deland Smith, brother in-law Dakota Sebastian Bush, and his nephew Greylan Samuel Heyer Bush of the home. His son Ryan Harold Lee Brown. He is also survived by his Grandpa and Memaw Steve and Vickie Shultz, Uncles and Aunts Shawn and Liberty Daniels, Candace Smith Cunningham, Jacob Parker, Holly West, Heather Wilson, Gary and Rebecca Clement, Cousins Jordan, Austin, and Dallas Dempsey, Courtney Short, Taylor Graham, Ethan and Isabell Daniels. And many more beloved family.
Treys legacy lives on through the many friends he made throughout his life. He was devoted to the people in his life, and his warm spirit will be remembered with love and fondness by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
