Ralph E. Smith, 76, Boomville, Indiana passed away at 3:10 a.m. Monday, July 18, 1994 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Ralph was a retired pharmacist, a member of Newburgh Church of Christ, retired Elder of the Church of Christ, a member of Warrick Hospital Auxiliary, and a World War II Army Veteran.
He was married for 51 years.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rita Smith and a brother, Leo Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Jennie Smith of Boonville, Indiana; four daughters, Mary Overmeyer of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; Harriet Ely of Corning, New York; Anita Blackwell of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; Marcia Leriman of Rio Vista, Texas; three sons, Paul Smith of Texarkana, Arkansas; Harold Smith, M.D. of Boonville, Indiana; Douglas Smith of Park City, Utah; four sisters, Lucille Wagoner of Waterloo, Indiana; Virginia Ashley of Daleville, Indiana; Edith Stowers of New Bern, North Carolina; and Martha Anderson of Portland, Indiana; four brothers, Paul Smith of Winchester, Indiana; Dale Smith of Deputy, Indiana; Duane Smith of Uncle, Indiana; and Ray Smith of Charlotte, North Carolina; nineteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; and numerous friends.
Funeral was at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 1994 at Kochler Funeral Home in Boonville, Indiana with David Myers officiating.
Burial in Maple Grove Cemetery in Boonville, Indiana.
