Patt Louise Smith 87, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away peacefully at her home in Kingston on Saturday July 19, 2025. She was born on October 19, 1937, in Ada, Oklahoma, to the late Herbert Seymour Jenkins and Lida Niles Jenkins.
Patt lived in Oklahoma City where she graduated from Southeast High School. On February 9, 1985, she married Carroll Lee Smith in Hot Springs, Arkansas and he preceded her in death on December 31, 2021. She lived most of her life in Oklahoma City before she and her husband moved to their final home at Alberta Creek in 2004. Patt was a gifted musician who taught piano and played both piano and organ. She loved to travel, shared her knowledge of healthy living, and was deeply involved in her church and community. Pat never knew a stranger, everyone who met her quickly became family.

Nieces: Patricia Mohr of Lone Grove, Oklahoma
Lavenda Dahl and husband
Ron of Buffalo, Missouri
Sandra Schmidt and husband Patrick of Kermit,
Texas
Jami Wilcox of Norman, Oklahoma
B.K. Blakely and husband Mike of
Gunnison, Colorado
Janie Krone of Fayetteville, Arkansas

Jenkins of Round Rock, Texas
And many great-nieces and great-nephews
Patt was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, husband, her daughter, Lanetha Smith, and grandsons Aaron Smith and Cory Smith, her sisters, Faye Wilcox and Nancy Kratz; her brother, Ronald Jenkins; nephews Richard “Toby” Kratz, Clinton Templeton, and Donald Wilcox; daughter-in-law Deena Smith.
Honorary pallbearers will include Josh Allen, Chris Smith, Cody Smith, Martin Templeton, Clay Templeton, and Joey Schmidt.
