Donnell Smith was born August 27th, 1959 to Flora and Marshall Smith.
He is survived by wife Pat Reed of the home. Sons Richard and Trish Smith of Chandler, Daniel and Lacee Smith of Wellston. Daughter Amy and Ryan Tennill of Midwest City and stepdaughter Tanisha. Grandchildren Asia, Anastasia, Aahliyah, and Ar"Tavious. Brance, Lilly, Elizabeth and Flora Smith. Paiton and Tucker Tennill. Mother Flora Smith and brothers Dewayne, Dale and Dennis Smith and beloved dog Cocoa.
He is preceded in death by Father Marshall Smith, Sisters Paula Dillon and Joy Smith and Brother Danny Smith.
