Early in the morning Saturday October 15, 2022, Kathy Elaine Sims passed away. Kathy is remembered as a loving wife and outstanding mother. She was 73 years of age when her final breath was given. Kathy 1948, November 4th.
Leaving this world 20 days before her 74th birthday, Kathy was born to Mithell and Avis (Engle) Bond. On June 10th 1971, Kathy married her supportive and loving husband Wayne Alan Sims. She gave birth to and raised 3 beautiful children.
Kathy had a passion for dancing and all things beautiful. In contrast to her lively social life Kathy also enjoyed reading and listening to vast amounts of literature. Kathy was quick witted and loaded with an arsenal of quips that could put a smile on anyone's face. First and foremost, Kathy should be remembered for being a loving a caring mother, grandmother, and wife.
Kathy is preceded in death by her Father and Mother, Mitchelle and Avis Bond. She is survived by her husband Wayne Sims, her two sisters Karen Criner, Rebecca Oehring, her sister-in-law Jackie Vasquez her 3 Children Gina Lee Keena, Justin Wayne Sims, JB Sims and her grandchildren Brett Alan Mitchell Cook, Javan Stone Sims, Jennilee Emmons and her great-grandchildren Jaxon Alexander Cook and Kenzlynn Emmon.
She will be missed forever and always. Until we meet her embrace, once again.
