Agnes Shurkins

newspaper article about Agnes Shurkins
???? ~ Oct 1913 | Age 13

Died

Agnes, the youngest daughter of J. W Shurkins and wife, age 13 years, died at the home of her parents just west of the city Tuesday morning, after a short illness.

The young lady was a general favorite with all who knew her, and her sudden death was a great shock to us all.

The funeral was held from the Catholic church this morning and a large concourse of friends and neighbors followed her remains to their resting place in the Catholic cemetery.

The spmpathy of their numerous friends goes out to the bereaved family in this hour of deep affliction.
