Spavinaw-
Bambi Margarette Sewell, born on March 5, 1983, in Vinita,
Oklahoma, passed away on October 6, 2025, in Spavinaw, Oklahoma. Bambi was a
vibrant and devoted individual whose life was marked by love, family, and a
deep appreciation for the great outdoors.
Bambi grew up cherishing her surroundings, developing a passion for outdoor activities that included fishing and camping. Her adventurous spirit also led her to embrace the thrill of riding motorcycles, a hobby she pursued with enthusiasm. Yet, above all, Bambi treasured her role as a wife and mother, fully dedicated to nurturing her family.
On June 21, 2003, Bambi married her loving husband, John Sewell, in Pineville, Missouri. Together, they shared many wonderful years, building a life grounded in love and support. Bambi is remembered for her unwavering commitment to her children, Jacob Sewell, and Abby Sewell, who were the light of her life.
She is survived by her husband, John Sewell of the home; children, Jacob Sewell of Spavinaw, OK, and Abby Sewell of the home; father, Mitch Warren of Ketchum, OK; brothers, Johnny Davis and wife Cara of Rockport, MO, Christopher Davis of Joplin, MO, and Robert Barnes and wife Alison of Siloam Springs, AR; and sister, Jenny Hooper of Bluejacket, OK.
Bambi is preceded in death by her mother, Naoma (Summers) Warren, and her brother, Greg Summers.
