Zoe Zane Schmuke Scott of 2641 Williamsburg, Bartlesville, OK died at home on the morning of November 27, 2013 after losing her fight with cancer.
Zoe was born in Long Beach, California on August 14, 1924 to the parents of John A. Schmuke and Sarah Elizabeth Reiley.
Zoe is survived by her husband, Kenneth Scott of sixty-nine years. Sons Terry M. Scott, wife Anne, John R. Scott, wife Barbara and son, Dale P. Scott, wife Kimberly. Also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great great grandson. A sister Mary Stetson of San Diego, California and Robert Stetson. Zoe attended elementary school in Pasadena, California, High School at Los Angeles High School and Fresno High School, Fresno, California. Zoe attended Fresno State College and Westminister College in Salt Lake City.
Zoe and Kenneth were married May 9, 1945 while Kenneth was stationed at Maxwell Field, Montgomery, Alabama. Zoe loved her church, university Presbyterian, Fresno, California and was ordained as a Deacon. She loved her family and many cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. She will be missed by all who came into contact with her.
Memorial services are planned for a later time. Time and place to be announced later. Those who wish may contribute to a memorial fund in her name for the Music Fund at Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, 801 S.E. Washington Blvd., Bartlesville, Oklahoma, 74006.
