Vernon Basil Scantling Jr. is survived by his wife of 48 years of marriage, Lynn Scantling of the home, Ange Scantling of Jones Ok., Vernon Scantling III of Inola OK., and Amanda Lyons of Sparks.
He has 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
His siblings include Bobby Jack Scantling, Linda Lea Pyles, Donny Wayne Scanting, Johnny Ray, and Sandra Sue all of Waldron AR.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Vernon Sr and Mother Freda May.
There are no words to describe how much this man will be missed.
