It is with great sadness and regret that the family of Phyllis Salyer announce her passing at her home on Monday, September 9th. Phyllis is preceded by her husband Robert, brother Ben, and her parents George and Susan. Phyllis was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and served her community as an x-ray technician at Texoma Medical Center. She was also a familiar face at the Cartwright Senior Center, assisting the underprivileged. An eternal animal lover, she spoiled her two puppies Sassy and Precious.
She leaves behind her son David, daughter in-law Paula, three grandchildren Philip Jr., Shawn, Chad, and nine great-grandchildren. She was loved and will be missed by all.
