Gary Dale Ryans

March 16, 1964 ~ May 30, 2005

Gary Dale Ryans was born March 16, 1964 in Los Angeles, California the son of Claude and Gayle [Showalter] Ryans.

He passed away on Monday, Memorial Day, May 30, 2005 at the age of 41 of complications due to heart surgery in San Diego, California.

Gary lived most of his childhood in Grady County where he graduated from Ninnekah High School in 1982.

Gary moved to California in 1990.

He was a company representative with Premier for many years before becoming an owner and operator of the popular restaurant "Ono Sushi" in San Diego.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Ricky Ryans; maternal and paternal grandparents.

He is survived by his mother and father, Claude and Gayle Ryans of Rush Springs; a sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Andy Sain of Chickasha; a brother and sister-in-law, Shannon and Stormy Ryans of Rush Springs; and a brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Kathy Ryans of Ninnekah; nieces and nephews, Justin, Brian, Dallas, and Josh Sain, Dashanna, Dakoda, and Dalaney Ryans, Gerald, Hether, and Joyde Ryans, Chasity Brinkman.

Gary's wishes were to be cremated and have his ashes spread at sea.

His friends and family will host a celebration of life in San Diego on Saturday, June 4, 2005.
