Pamela Sue Ruzicka, 62, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at the Alliance Hospital in Madill. She was born on September 1, 1960, in Guthrie, Oklahoma to the late Roy Gilliam and Joyce Ann Dellenbaugh Gilliam. Pam was raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she graduated in 1978 from Western Hights and later attended 2 years college. In 1999 she moved to Kingston to be closer to her parents. On August 15, 2003, Pam married Andy Wayne Ruzicka in Kingston. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, and loved miniature dash hounds and spending time with her family.
She is survived by Husband: Andy Wayne Ruzicka, Kingston, Oklahoma; Children: Ryan Smith and wife Cassie, Tuttle, Oklahoma; Roy Smith and wife Morgan, Mustang, Oklahoma; Eric Ruzicka, Kingston, Oklahoma; Ethan Ruzicka, Kingston, Oklahoma; Jon Barton, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Zach Bailey, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Lacy Rushing and husband John, El Reno, Oklahoma; Kassidy White, Kingston, Oklahoma; Keira Ruzicka, Durant, Oklahoma; McKenzie Ruzicka, Kingston, Oklahoma; Molly Bailey, Kingston, Oklahoma. Grandchildren: Kinley, Keeli, Gracie, Finley, Slade, Brady and Wyatt. Sister: Debra Lowder, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Gina Bailey, Kingston, Oklahoma; Nieces and Nephews: Nathan Bailey and wife Tiffany, Rachel Bailey, Caleb Bailey.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, and brother in-law; James Lowder.
