Lisa Russell was born to Cecil and Lorraine Sanders in Pawhuska Oklahoma. She married Ronnie Russell and they enjoyed 30 wonderful years together. They have two children, Ryan Sanders of Chicago Illinois, and Candace Russell of the home. Lisa worked as an assistant manager for Brookhaven Apartments for several years and later went on to work in the office at the Examiner-Enterprise where she worked until her vision impairment prevented her from being able to work.
Lisa always had a beautiful smile and a personality that drew people to her. Her sense of humor was so endearing and would always keep you laughing. She will be dearly missed by so many.
Lisa is preceded in death by her father Cecil Sanders, her mother Lorraine Sanders, her brother Michael Sanders and her sister Brenda Marchant.
Survivors include Ronnie Russel of the home, their son Hoot Ryan Sanders of Chicago IL, their daughter Candace Russell of the home, a sister Shelley Long. Nephew Shane Martin and spouse, Niece Shanelle Maddux and spouse, Nephew Jason Sutton and spouse, Niece Amy Noorigian and spouse, and Nick Sanders. She also has many great-nephews and nieces that she loved dearly!
Lisa attended Westside First Baptist Church in Dewey OK.
