Parker Marks Ruiz was born January 13, 2016 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Courtney Jeannine and Adrian Storm Ruiz and passed away that same day at Great Plains Regional Medical Center.

Parker was greatly anticipated by his parents, Adrian and Courtney Ruiz, of the home; 2 brothers, Tanner and Easton Ruiz, also of the home; paternal grandparents, Pamela and Daniel Ruiz, Elk City, OK; maternal grandparents, Deborah Marks, Jonesboro, LA and Dean Marks, Long Beach, CA; 3 uncles, 3 aunts and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Private family services will be held Friday, January 15, 2016 officiated by Pastor Mark Little.
