Terri Diane Ruhlow, 70, a devout Christian born in Leon, Iowa returned to God peacefully at her home in Cleo Springs, Oklahoma on October 21, 2024.
She was born October 10, 1954 to James and Fay Worden, the youngest of four children. She spent a year of her life in Iowa before moving to Loveland, Colorado where she graduated from Loveland High School. Terri married Roger Ruhlow on July 10, 1993. Her mother Fay was her best friend and she made sure she called her every day.
Terri was a devoted Christian woman, who cherished her Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ. She was a very active member in her church and community in Cleo Springs.
Her favorite book of the Bible was Isaiah 61 The Good News of Salvation. Terri enjoyed serving her community and took care of the people around her. She had a fondness for animals, flowers and plants, cooking, and decorating. Only Heaven knows what an eternal impact all her many years of love and faith have had on her family, her friends, and her community. Terri loved deeply, was particularly sentimental and incredibly kind.
Terri was preceded in death by her father James Worden and her brother Stephen Worden who she will meet again in Heaven. She is survived by her husband Roger Ruhlow; children Jamison Stikkers and Jessica Singley and husband Jason; sister Judy Parkinson and husband Lynn, brother Alan Worden and wife Patricia and sister-in-law Joyce Worden; grandchildren Michaela Stikkers, Ariel Stikkers and Greyson Stikkers; nephews Jody Parkinson and David Parkinson who know Terri will be waiting for them smiling in Heaven.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Cleo Springs Church of the Nazarene. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.piercefuneralhomes.com.
