PONCA CITY, OK — Donald D. Rozell, 81, Ponca City, was born January 31, 1932 in Kaw City, Oklahoma, the son of Bart and Lula Cantwell Rozell, and passed away peacefully Friday, July 5, 2013, in Ponca City.

He married Chloie Sue Hubbard January 30, 1964, in Denver, Colorado.

Don is survived by his wife, Sue, of the home; son, Vick Hubbard and wife Susan of Wake Forest, N.C.; granddaughters, Jody Hubbard, Austin, TX, Allison Hubbard, Austin, TX, Rebecca Hubbard, Wake Forest, N.C.; his brother, Clifford Rozell, Derby, KS; sister, Marilyn Baccus, Bartlesville, OK; and several nieces and nephews.
