William Grover Rosebrook, Sr. was born October 6, 1937 in De Graff, Ohio to Elenora and John Henry Rosebrook. He passed away July 23, 2016 at Clinton, Oklahoma at the age of 78 years, 9 months and 17 days.
William entered the US Army and after his discharge he moved to Colorado. He was married to Grace Edna Kline at Las Animas, Colorado on November 22, 1964 and they remained in Las Animas for a few years before moving to LaJunta, Colorado and later to Rocky Ford, Colorado. On December 24, 1982 Grace and Bill moved to Ringwood, Oklahoma where Bill found work with Cornell Construction. They also lived in Enid, Clinton, Okarche and Arapaho before making their home in Elk City in 1990. He enjoyed truck driving, riding motorcycles and going to the caf� to drink coffee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a granddaughter, a great grandson, and a brother, Jerry Stanley.
He is survived by his children, Jack Winters and wife, Crystal, of Tulsa, OK; Diane Carter of Tulsa, OK, William Rosebrook, II, of Elk City, OK, Kathy Paschal and husband, Will, of Elk City, OK, Jack Rosebrook, Elk City, OK; 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
