Charles Leslie Rohan, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021, at the age of 82. He was born to James Rohan and Nancy Fowler in Tempe, Arizona, on September 11, 1938.
On July 25, 1959, Charles married the love of his life, Shirley Green. Charles graduated with dual degrees in engineering and business from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona in 1960. He worked as a truck and equipment dealer for 50 years while also being an international harvester. He owned his own business, The Rohan Company, for over 50 years. He was also a Sergeant in the U.S. Army for 6 years. Charles had many great accomplishments during his lifetime. He was an honor student at St. Mary Boys High School in Phoenix, Arizona. He was also awarded best potato farmer in Colorado and the best barley farmer for Coors Brewing Company in Colorado. He enjoyed reading books about philosophy, attending elder care 5 days a week for therapy, and loved working on his 1930 Model A.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Nancy, his son Dan
Rohan and his daughter Cynthia Rohan.
Charles is survived by his wife
Shirley, his daughter Deborah and daughter Kimberly, as well as eight
grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank all the kind people at Fire Station 3 in Bartlesville for all their help.
