ENID, OK — A memorial service for William Rogers, 75, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at First Assembly of God Church. Rev. Jarrod Cloud will officiate. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
William was born to Charles and Stella (Horn) Rogers January 29, 1938, in Wooster, Ohio, and passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2013, in Enid.
William graduated from Jordan High School in Long Beach, California. He then served in the U.S. Army.
On May 6, 1972, he married Mary L. Hall in Long Beach, and they moved to Enid in 2003.
William enjoyed fishing and traveling. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church.
William is survived by his wife, Mary, of the home, and sisters-in-law, Jackie (Ron) Fore of Enid and Cecilia Jones (Tom) of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney.
