Leonard "Floyd" Rogers, 59, of Blanchard, left this world Sunday, November 9, 2014. The son of Leonard Rogers and Ruth Ada (Start) Rogers, he was born April 6, 1955 in Lindsay, Oklahoma.

Floyd graduated from Dibble High School in 1973. He worked in the oilfield for many years and attended Word of Life Church in Dibble. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting turkey and deer. Floyd loved his wife and family, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Rogers; his brother, Richard Rogers; maternal and paternal grandparents; step children, Mikey and Sirena Kendall; and several friends.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Rogers of Dibble; his wife, Judy Rogers of Dibble; one daughter, Melissa Bell of Bridge Creek; two sons, Richard Rogers and his wife, Amber, of Guthrie and Harold Kendall of Dibble; eight grandchildren, Braden Bell and Josh Bell, both of Bridge Creek, Siera Rogers of Dibble, Jamie Rogers of Guthrie, Sara Kendall and Ryan Kendall, both of Blanchard, Carlie Kendall and Leah Kendall, both of Oklahoma City; one great grandchild, Tynslee Kendall of Blanchard; one sister, Linda West and friend, Kurt Stevermer of Minnesota; one brother, Wesley Rogers and his wife, Lisa, of Dibble; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Funeral service will be at 3:00 P.M., Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard with cremation to follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Eisenhour Funeral Home, Post Office Box 180, Blanchard, Oklahoma 73010 to assist with funeral expenses.
