Gloria Ann Rogers of Durant, Oklahoma, passed from this life and went on to be with the Lord on May 12, 2026, at the age of 55. Gloria was born on April 23, 1971, in Irving, Texas to Morton Ray Rogers and Wanda Faye Rogers (McQueen).
Gloria attended OD Wyatt High School. She worked as a housekeeper for most of her life. Gloria enjoyed many things in life. She loved to drink coffee, listen to music, bird watch, and to collect Elvis Presley memorabilia. She also loved to spend time with her life partner, Charles Lee Richardson and her closest beloved family members.
Gloria is preceded in death by her dog Benny, who she considered her “baby”.
She is survived by her parents; life partner; Charles Lee Richardson, son; Jessie Rogers and spouse Brandi Rogers of Durant, OK, son; Zachary Rogers and spouse Erica Rogers of Durant, OK, daughter; Sophia Lopez and spouse Jordan Lopez of Arlington, TX, son; Anthony Cook and spouse that is in Heaven, Jordyn-Jordyn of Ft. Worth, TX, son; Justin McDaniel, brother; John Rogers of North Carolina, brother; Robert Rogers of Louisiana, sister; Debra Rogers of Ft. Worth, TX, nephew; J.T. Rogers and spouse Rachelle Rogers of Arlington, TX, niece; Tammy Rogers of California, nephew; Jakob Rogers and spouse Luiza Rogers of Arlington, TX, nephew; Josh Rogers and spouse Lindsay Rogers of Arlington, TX, 12 precious grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Brown’s Funeral Service chapel.
Services are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Services.
