Ann Rogers passed peacefully on Oct. 2nd, 2023, in Stroud, OK at the age of 82.
Ann was born on Nov. 24th, 1940, in Paoli, OK to James Isbill and Gertrude Hammon. She graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1959.
Ann Rogers is survived by her children, Karen Dervin of Oklahoma, and Allan Mustain of California, her siblings, Betty Parks, Phyllis Keener, Joe Isbill and Vickie Allbritton, her grandchildren, Paige Mustain-Lakey, Nick Mustain, Travis Strachota, Brittni Jenkins, Erika Martin, Sarah Mustain and Kelsey Detwiler.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, James Isbill, Gertrude Hammon, husband Robert Mustain who passed in April of 1984 and husband Andrew Rogers who passed in May of 2000, her child, Michael Mustain, and her siblings, JB (Jack) Isbill, Bill Isbill, Pat Chiles, Frances Main, Howard Isbill and Marie Gray
Her children remember her as a kind, gentle, patient, and loving mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals.
Ann Rogers was passionate about volunteer work and helping others and often sought out those who she could help in any way. She was a generous, witty, and dedicated individual who loved spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren and friends. She was a devout member of the Central Baptist church in Ponca City, OK and regularly attended First Baptist Church in Stroud, OK. Ann often volunteered at the local food pantry and clothing pantry, as a dedicated member of the community, Ann often took part in local events.
The memorial service is at 2:00pm, Oct. 21st, 2023, at Stroud United Methodist Church in Stroud, OK. Pastor Joey Simpson will officiate the ceremony.
