Robert “Keith” Roebuck was born May 17, 1950 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Thurman Olen Roebuck and Eunice Irene (Sears) Roebuck. He passed from this earth on June 7, 2021 in Duncan, Oklahoma.
He married Connie Jean Hire June 29, 1969 in Duncan, Oklahoma. Keith and Connie have two lovely daughters, Katrina Jean (Roebuck) Southard and Jamie Denise (Roebuck) Webb.
Keith was a career Halliburton employee. He was also particularly proud of having participated in the construction of Lake Waurika and its dam works.
He was passionate about being in the great outdoors, an avid camper, hunter and fisherman. Keith loved traveling and spending time with his grandkids. He enjoyed shooting pool at the Moose Lodge and Senior Citizens Center.
Keith is survived by his wife, Connie, their daughters, Trina and husband Clark Southard of Chickasha, Oklahoma and Jamie and husband Fred Webb of Duncan, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Rachelle and husband Trevor Gray of Lakewood, Colorado, Hayden Webb, Trevor Madden and Reid Webb of Duncan, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his sisters, Ola May (Roebuck) Walker and Jo Ellen (Roebuck) Arnold from Arlington, Texas.
Keith is preceded in death by his parents, Thurman Olen Roebuck and Eunice Irene (Sears) Roebuck; his sisters, Ernestine (Roebuck) Hughen and Betty (Roebuck) Duree; and brother, Raymond Roebuck.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christian’s Concerned of Duncan, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be at Whitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2021. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
