Stephen Randall Robison

Stephen Randall Robison
January 4, 1946 ~ October 20, 2024

Grove - Stephen Randall Robison, age 78, a beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away on October 20, 2024 at St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on January 4, 1946, in Jay, Oklahoma to the late Truman Kenneth Robison and Loretta Aluwee (Weston) Robison.

Stephen proudly served in the United States Navy, and was a dedicated truck driver by profession. He carried the values of hard work and dedication into every aspect of his life.

Stephen was known for his athletic abilities, having played both football and basketball during his younger years. His love for sports did not end there; he also enjoyed playing golf and cherished running with his friends. Sports were a significant part of his life, and he took great pleasure in watching football and other sports, often sharing these moments with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sue Ann Robison, his children, Carrie Hurley and Warren Robison, and his siblings, Linda Robison-Deacon and her husband Robert, and Carlis Robison. Stephen's legacy is further carried on by his three grandchildren, Brooklynn Wagoner-Robison, Daniel Jenkins, and Josh Jenkins. He is also remembered fondly by his nieces and nephews, including Portia Decon-Derose, Clifton Charles Deacon, Clinton Lean Deacon and his son Caden, Angela Robison, Andrea Robison, as well as his great niece Nicole Serage and great nephew Troy Birdsell.

Stephen was preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Kirk, and his brother, Carrieth Van Robison.

A visitation to honor Stephen’s life will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, located at 711 S Main St, Grove, OK 74344. Gatherings like this allow family and friends to celebrate the life of a remarkable man who will be dearly missed.
